Meet Federico: The Heart Behind the Build
Founded in 2016 by Federico De Aramburu, Top South Decks & Porches grew out of a childhood spent around family construction and a decade-plus working in outdoor living before the company opened its doors. That hands-on background, more than 10 years of it, shows up in how the work is run today: in-house carpenters rather than subcontracted labor, 3D designs reviewed before any framing starts, and one team carrying a build through permitting, foundation, and final inspection. Family-owned and serving homes across Metro Atlanta, the company has completed more than 500 decks, porches, and outdoor living projects, each backed by certified TimberTech, Trex, and Fiberon installation and a workmanship warranty.
